Amazing Finds Recovered From The Wreck of The London

Cotswold Archaeology has been working for the last two years on the wreck of The London, a warship which sank in the Thames off Southend in 1665. Click here for the background to the project

We have now recovered a timber gun carriage which is amazingly well preserved. To read more about the find and see a video click here.
