We are two years into the three-year Community Archaeology Research Programme (CARP) on behalf of the Society of Antiquaries, looking to understand more about the history and archaeology of the village of Kelmscott and its environs, that so inspired the Victorian craftsman, textile designer, and writer William Morris. CA’s Martin Watts will share what we have learnt so far, and discuss what we hope to do over the next year.

Tickets: Non-members are welcome to join and there is no charge. Members/ non-members need to register for the talk about 10 days in advance. Any non-member wishing to join should email for the meeting link.
