Through our ISO 45001 accredited H&S system, and more than 30 years of experience, we know the challenges and potential hazards and how to resolve them in a safe, effective and professional manner.
Our vison is that everyone goes home safe and well by promoting a responsible and proactive health, safety and wellbeing culture. Key to this is the physical and mental wellbeing of our staff. We are continually improving our systems and processes to support the needs of our clients in the safest, most efficient way possible. From day one with the company, we ensure that every colleague has the right training, equipment, and support to work safely.
As well as supporting physical wellbeing we promote discussion around mental health through awareness raising days, review of mental health-related absences and wellbeing questions in our annual staff survey. We support our employees through access to an Employee Assistance Programme that provides professional advice on a range of issues and have Mental Health First Aiders in each office.
