Our customers are the lifeblood of our business. They provide us with opportunities to access archaeology on their sites, the opportunities to do what we do best. Without customers there would be no business, no charity, and none of the educational and research activities that are so dear and important to us. We need to deliver for our clients, as satisfied customers present us with future opportunities. We must also provide our customers with confidence that we will deliver our projects in the right way and that we will do what we say we will do.
Over the last few months, we have been working on our SWEET agenda for client service, and we are now rolling this out across Cotswold Archaeology. We are encouraging all colleagues to engage with these themes through videos and posters, and to do their bit to make us a SWEETer company!
