We work to improve our diversity through review of our recruitment practices, we employ apprentices and trainees, and we look to promote vacancies to those that may not have considered a career in archaeology.
At school and university events, our Engagement team actively showcase archaeology career-pathways, with some colleagues also serving as STEM ambassadors.

We have created an Employee Resource Group, where those who are neurodivergent are able to connect and actively support each other, and in turn help us to educate the wider team. Alongside this, our Employee Consultation Committee provides a dedicated space for wider organisational feedback.
