CA Chief Executive Neil Holbrook was honoured to speak at the memorial service for Eddie Price on 2 March 2015. Eddie was a great Gloucestershire archaeologist who excavated for 49 years at his farm at Frocester Court near Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. Neil said ‘Eddie may have been a farmer first and foremost, but he was a consummate archaeologist whose works stands comparison with that of the best professionals. The four volumes he produced on Frocester are a superb memorial and legacy of Eddie’s work’.
